Fantasy-Character
This is a video about how different drawing styles and how you draw something can change depending on the context you are trying to approach . The styles of drawings are interesting because it shows how different country's go about form and their priorities when drawing something. The one I was most interested in was cartoon drawing and manga style due to the proportions and level of detail is left out on purpose. The proportion of the eyes are made like that to make the character more cute and look more like a doll or a child to fit into that market that enjoys that art style.
What works? The styles when pointed out are interesting to note because I normally didn't notice them and this helps me identify these traits and why they are drawn like that.
What doesn't work? There isn't enough explanation in why the forms were defaulted to their respective styles.
