Anger-Expression
The Idea that I got from the psychiatrist was to express my anger was just to get angry in a room and take photos of it. I found that this was too simple for an experiment so I added two rules to the idea to make it more interesting. The two ideas I added were to Lock myself in the room for an hour with my brother inside to make me angry and to do it every day for a week. This worked well because my brother is one of the only people who can make me angry rather quickly and I stuck to rules and didn't break them once and my brother got some good photos. The thing that didn't work so well was that I am not a angry person by nature so I don't come across as looking that angry to begin with so I don't look scary at all so if i was doing this again I would do it with someone different so i get better results.
I think this was a successful idea and it could work, one of the things it has going for it is that is a pure form of anger and expression but it doesn't reach my point of showing that anger is not a bad thing, I could re do this experiment with different people to see how they react, I could record the entire thing, I could also put a bunch of people in a room and have them argue. There are many possibilities so I will keep this idea in mind.
