Our progress started to speed up once Sam got around to organizing the auditions, I would have liked for it to have happened sooner but that is not something I have control over, I have been making sure to talk to everyone and seeing how they are dong, I have managed to help Gail come up with ideas of ambient sound we can use, I have helped Leo chose some music for the party scene, I have been on Jackson and Pati's case for the story board and I finished the shot list with Jackson, it has been hard getting the story board done since when Jackson is here Pati is not and the other way around to, I have also helped Grace and Kayla with what props to bring and I have been talking to them about the colours and encouraging them to talk to Jackson and Chas about the colour of the costumes. I also made sure that Sam and Deborah are organizing the game plan and managing the budget.
Once I had a talk to everyone they started to work with a bit more vigor, since we are getting closer to the end everyone is actually starting to do work and communicate and cooperate so we are getting things done. This may also be because everyone's creativity finals are getting close so they want to get this done quickly. Getting ready for the auditions is difficult because our script has changed and Jackson has not given me the shot list for the new script, so we will have to figure that out on the day, I have given my character profiles to Kayla and Chas so they can figure out what needs changing and what we are looking for in our characters.
