This image looks good because it almost looks like a photo, this is due to the head being photo shopped to look like a drawing and the colour pallet makes the image look like a slightly grey scaled photo
This image makes me confused due to the amount of strokes on the face of the person, i don't understand the purpose for it because there might not be one but it dose look interesting anyway
This image looks like it has been illustrated with a dark pencil then printed on to a cover for book. The drawing itself is stunning with the depth the artist has added with the shading and the use of empty space adds the feeling of separation which is enforced by the demeanour of the boy in the image itself. The drawing is quite lifelike and has an air of sadness to it, this is due to the darkness around the boy and the amount of shading within the drawing. Overall I like this work, I think it looks cool and I like the overall tone of this drawing, this would be close to what i like to do when i draw.
